Sick Kitties :"-(
So in other news, Bongo is sick. He threw up every day for about two weeks so we decided to ask the vet about it. Blood tests and thyroid tests came back normal. X-rays came back normal, except for a lot of poop. So then the enema. Out came the poop, and now our kitty is home again and on medication, which he thoroughly hates. We have to wrap him in a towel to administer 1 mL of the solution, and he gags and foams at the mouth in an attempt not to swallow the stuff. Fortunately I don't think they gave us the 8 days worth that the label suggests. In addition to his disagreement with the medicine, it seems to have diarrhea as a side-effect, so now we're finding runny cat turds around the house. I can't wait till we're done with this.
